Hours are non-negotiable

1st Shift Core 8 hours: 6AM-2:30PM.

All employees need to be available between the hours of 5AM and 3:30PM when overtime is required.

Saturdays may be required for overtime as well

Pay increases at 12, 16, 20, and 24 Months!

BASIC FUNCTION:

Assembles various units according to production specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Reads machine tags, standard parts list, production orders, and blueprints.
  • Retrieves parts.
  • Moves units to and from work stations.
  • Operates various equipment and machinery.
  • Assembles various subassemblies (i.e. shells, condensers, power blocks, etc.).
  • Performs various assembly operations (i.e. assembling, soldering, wiring, mechanical, electrical, brazing, etc.).
  • Inspects unit and parts to verify conformance to print specifications and insure quality standards are met.

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Performs preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area and follows safe work practice rules.
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties as required.
Requirements:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Experience: One year related work experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Manual Dexterity: Work requires regular speed and accuracy for most of the working day.
  • Physical Effort: Work requires a considerable variety of fairly steady active physical exertion.
  • Working Conditions: More frequent exposure to disagreeable features.
  • Hazards: Personal Protective Equipment required
