We are seeking Light Assembly Employees on the 2nd Shift. Our shift hours are 3pm – 1130pm, Mon-Fri. with mandatory overtime and Saturdays as needed.

*Note: Training will be completed on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift.

As a leading designer and fabricator of commercial grade retail display cases as well as millwork/décor. Assembler is responsible for several duties at Jahabow, including assembling, wiring, and adjusting precision units. May be required to assemble non-standard units.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations

· Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications

· Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units to product specifications

· Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary

· Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

· Works under immediate supervision

· Typically reports to Production Team Leader.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift over 40 lbs. Walking/standing for most hours of workday. Ability to use tools to assemble items.
