Are you detail oriented? Do you like a variety of work in a fast-paced environment? Lavelle has an opportunity in Entry Level Assembly & Packing to work in our Burlington, WI facility!

Previous experience not required! We will train and develop you to be successful in your work.

Available Shifts:

1st shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM, Starting at $14/hour

Part-Time: Monday - Friday, Flexible four hour blocks, $12/hour

What will you be doing?

· Operation of machinery and material set-up

· Produce quality products while meeting established goals

· Follow standard work of processes to complete tasks safely and efficiently

· Must be a responsible, detail-oriented and a safety-driven individual

· Applicants should be process-driven and interested in taking ownership of assigned work and completing tasks from beginning to end

· Possess organizational skills in order to maintain a workable space

· Work in both a team atmosphere, as well in a self-propelled setting

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to lift 60 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a manufacturing environment.
• Normal factory environment with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variations.
