Job description

With our continued growth, we are looking to add a motivated and hardworking Assembly Trimmers to our Pulaski, WI location. This position will be responsible for the covering of pre-fit panels, bulkheads, overheads, ceiling panels, and various other parts with vinyl and/or fabrics.

This is a Monday-Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There will be occasional overtime as needed.

Position summary: Ability to fit, cut, and install wood parts, small cabinetry, upholstery, curtains, carpet, doors, receptacles, lighting into boat area. This person will work with various materials to assemble required parts for boat.

Principal Duties

1. Gather supplies from cart. Prep parts prior to assemble which includes cutting, sanding, drilling.

2. Place wire harness through appropriate areas.

3. Carry parts into boat, including stairs with 2 people, but at times 1 person due to tight spaces- stairs are 90# and maneuvered at chest height with exception over drivers area at shoulder height with 2 people and 45#. Carry stairs appox 25 ft outside of boat, 15 ft above head with 2 people inside boat.

4. Carry hatch of boat to work area- weighs 53# with bilateral reach from waist height

5. Carry one handed 80# rolling weight to place on flooring. Carry weight between boats and up/ down stairs. Appox 20 ft.

6. Lift lifting jig for hard top from under platform to work area, weighs 73#, carry 20 ft to area.

7. Wood cart push around work area- 71*; pull force 73*. Move cart approx. 50 ft.

What you need to have

· Previous Manufacturing experience preferred

· Ability to use hand tools as well as power/air tools

· Ability to work independently as well as with a team

· Self-motivated and the ability to do tasks with a sense of urgency

· Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced work environment

· Great attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
