Job description
Assembly AssociateAutomation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Assembly Associates for a company based in Channelview, TX. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as working on the assembly line, opening boxes, putting empty bottles on conveyor belt, putting lids on containers, putting filled containers back in boxes and then taping the boxes shut and stacking boxes.
Pay Rate
$14.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
1st shift
Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm or 7am until finished
2nd Shift
Monday-Friday 3pm until finished
Assembly Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Opening boxes.
- Maintain adequate production flow to meet customer demand.
- Putting empty boxes on the conveyor belt.
- Putting lids on containers.
- Putting filled containers back in boxes.
- Taping boxes shut.
- Keeping area clean and free of debris.
- High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred).
- Warehouse or shipping experience a plus.
- Basic reading and math skill.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds (Lifting Assessment to be given in office).
