ROLE

ESM is looking for an Assistant Account Coordinator to join our growing team of digital media experts, strategists, buyers, and content developers. You’ll be a part of a highly talented agency with exceptional leadership, and niche media experts.


The Assistant Account Coordinator will support the Account Executive by helping coordinate day-to-day agency account activities for clients and internal agency staff and assisting with all projects. They will aid the Account Executive in facilitating the management of all projects and deliverables on time, on strategy, and within budget.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Responsible for working with the Account Executive to develop strong relationships with clients and agency partners by providing organization with assigned projects.
  • Interface with internal agency departments to advise status of ongoing projects and ensure the smooth cooperation between resources, and the flow of the projects to track them on time, and on budget.
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to develop strategic plans for existing clients and new business proposals.
  • Assist in market and audience research for all existing and prospective client proposals.
  • Manage digital jobs related to web, mobile, online media, PPC, social media, OTT, etc.
  • Perform general research about the client’s (and their competitor's) products or services.
  • Responsible for managing internal project-related communications for all client work among internal Client Services, Product, Reporting and Analytics, and Agency Affairs teams.
  • Attend status meetings with internal teams and Account Executive.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the Account Executive.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Communications studies, Marketing, Integrated Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of industry or internship work in a traditional or digital agency or similar organization.
  • Basic understanding of media and digital campaign strategy.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive) and operating in a Mac environment.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

PREFERRED

  • 1-3 years of experience managing paid traditional, digital, social, and/or experiential media campaigns.
  • Working knowledge or familiarity of Trade Desk, DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other digital and programmatic buying and management platforms.
