Assistant Subcontract Administrator:

Assist the Subcontract Administrator and Subcontract Administration Manager for the issuance of project subcontracts, long form purchase orders and service contracts for Consigli. Will also work with Project Team Members and Director of Purchasing.


Required Skills
  • Proof-read, format and prepare the final subcontract agreements.
  • Assist in creation and utilization of the new Subcontract Document Management process and procedures in SharePoint.
  • Perform daily and weekly reports to be distributed amongst project teams throughout life cycle of project.
  • Document all costs into Timberline Software Module and distribute to Subcontractor.
  • The following is a list of Subcontract Agreements that will be used:
    • Long Form Subcontracts (30 pages or more)
    • Short Form Agreements
    • Specialty Subcontract Agreements
    • Material Purchase Agreements
    • Professional Service Agreements



Required Experience
  • A college or Technical School degree or certificate.
  • 1 year related experience and/or training.
  • Experience in with timberline accounting software preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Timberline a plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Dependable, results-focused, and ethical.
