Work alongside Ava, Certified Balloon Artist and Lead Designer, providing top-quality decor services and learn the trends, in and out of the event industry.
- This position requires a flexible schedule, creative passion and willingness to learn about balloon decor and event designing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing outstanding client service while building lasting relationships, discovering decor needs and tailoring product and service recommendations.
- Answering the phone, consulting with clients about their events and provide suggestions and tips to make their event successful.
- Checking availability for items requested in our database, process quote request and coordinate event calendar.
- Managing assigned clients and proactively communicating with them - by email, phone or in person from concept to delivery.
- Maintaining and utilizing CRM - data entry, proposal design, invoicing and workflow task.
- Completing miscellaneous duties and projects as required.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Basic office skills, including phone, email, data entry.
- Faster learner, follow directions well, take initiative and problem solve with ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Hold strong leadership capabilities, upbeat and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable using light power tools, climb small ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Posses a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- College degree or military equivalent strongly preferred; High school degree, GED or foreign equivalent required.
- Ability to work off hours, including weekends and some evenings and late nights
Bonus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Cameo Silhouette, Circuit or other cutting tool proficiency.
- A degree in graphic design, hospitality, communications, public relations or a related field
- Bilingual Spanish.
