Summary:
Under the direction of the General Manager, oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest services and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Profile description
QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM LEVEL:
High school diploma
Basic Math and computer skills
5 years' experience working as an Assistant General Manager and/or General manager for fine dining establishments
PREFERRED LEVEL:
BA in hospitality or related field
Advanced computer skills and proficient with restaurant software
7 years' experience working as an Assistant General Manager and/or General manager for fine dining establishments
Graduate of Leadership Development courses
Food Sanitation Certification
Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language of the restaurant.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Must have the stamina to work 60 hours per week.
