Families in the Buckhead and Brookhaven areas have an immediate need for a top-notch Assistant Home Manager to work in-person on their household and personal needs.
Assistant Home Managers fill the gap between parent, housekeeper, and nanny. Their primary responsibilities include: ensuring the house is running smoothly, performing household tasks, keeping on top of routine chores, and running personal errands.
You will start the position with one family, and at the end of your training period, our goal is to fill your schedule with as many families as you’d like to serve. This is a long-term position. Our clients want an Assistant Home Manager that will grow with their family and each season of their life for the long-term.
UpTown Concierge Assistant Home Manager duties include but are not limited to:
- Identifying and executing various daily household tasks
- Laundry
- Ironing
- Dishes
- General tidying of the house
- Wipe down all counters & sink basins
- Make beds
- Bring in mail, newspaper, compost/recycle/trash bins
- Mailing services (post office, FedEx, UPS, Amazon returns)
- Keep an inventory of household items for clients (beverages, cleaning and laundry supplies) and inform when reordering is needed. Once order is received, restock as needed
- Shop/Instacart household items as needed
- Scheduling family appointments
- Pick up dry cleaning
- Continuously assess workflow & processes in the home to achieve optimal efficiency
- Personal vehicle, valid drivers license, and ability to drive for errands
- Personal smartphone to use on the job for communication and documentation needs
- Live in or near metro Atlanta, able to service families in their home(s) and run errands in their neighborhood(s) in the Buckhead and Brookhaven areas.

- Strong work ethic, reliable, and punctual
- Highly organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and thorough
- Able to multitask and prioritize well with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must work well with families
- A strong eye for detail and an appreciation for visual aesthetics
- Vault-like ability to maintain confidentiality and be ultra discreet. Must maintain strictest level of confidences.
- Proficiency in texting, phone camera, smartphone apps, Google Drive, email, and Trello
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Driver's License + Reliable/Accessible Transportation (Required)
- I9 eligible/US work authorization (Required)
- 1 year Personal Assistant, Hospitality experience, Family office, Professional Home Management, Cleaning, Organization Experience (Preferred)
- High School Diploma/Equivalent (Preferred)
