Job Summary:
The Assistant Community Manager/Leasing assists the Community Manager in effectively managing the community and maintaining all aspects of property operations. This includes income collection, reporting, marketing, resident relations as well as other duties.
Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
· 2+ years of previous Multi-family experience
· Professional and courteous demeanor
