Job description

Assist Senior Store Manager with operating a 2.8 million sq foot facility that provides storage space, industrial storage space, and retail/flea market stalls. The position will:

• Perform store opening and closings on the weekends.
• Two consecutive days off Tuesday-Friday
• Assist in overseeing store staff.
• Develop good customer relationships.
• Smooth out problems within the workplace.
• Address employee and customer concerns.
• Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
• Email and phone correspondence.
• Liaise between managers, customers and employees.
• Provide direction to staff.
• Monitor entrance cash collections.
• Fill in for Senior Store Manager in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.
• Troubleshoot POS system.
• Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
• Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
