Precision Management Company is a growing Property Management Company, managing mix-use apartment buildings in the Seattle area. We are in search of a Assistant Manager for a Brand New luxury apartment building in the University district of Seattle.

Experience is a plus, but not a requirement as long you have been in a high-level service industry. High school diploma required – College degree preferred

We are looking for a professional attitude and long-term career aspiration. This includes an enthusiastic proactive attitude, great customer service, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks assisting the operation of a multi-family apartment community.

Leasing/Assistant Manager Job Duties:

  • Be the face of the office! Come prepared (in professional attire) to greet and assist any and all who enter our doors in a calm, composed, and professional manner.
  • Written and verbal interaction with clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Email correspondence is essential – must have superb written communication laced with pleasant and appropriate email tone and delivery
  • Answer customer questions and confirm customer needs promptly and thoroughly
  • Database management –
  • Strong leasing skills
  • Microsoft Office/Software experience
  • Maintain resident and vendor database records
  • Conduct market research and compile data
  • Ability to work with maintenance staff
  • Provide support to the Property Manager
  • $28-$30/hr to start, 50% match 401k up to 10% of pay, medical/dental paid
