JOB SUMMARY

Reliant Property Management’s Assistant Property Managers manage daily operations at their assigned properties. They engage new tenants, assist with financial reporting, and provide timely resident services. If you have effective time management, strong interpersonal skills, and property management knowledge, you are an ideal candidate.

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday - Friday

COMPENSATION:

• $21- $27/hour
• Opportunities for regular commissions and quarterly bonus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day managing operations.
• Manage property maintenance with the assistance of the maintenance team.
• Manage and monitor rental collection.
• Assist with property personnel management.
• Manage, create, and monitor marketing activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support property operations.

EXPERIENCE

Required

• High school Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Minimum 2 years’ of property management industry experience

Preferred

• Associate’s Degree
• CAM, ARM, or CCRM certification
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
