Position Description:

The Department of Comprehensive Dentistry at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry is seeking qualified applicants for a Full-Time (five days per week) Assistant Professor Term position in the DMD curriculum. Successful applicants can have the potential of one day in Faculty Private Practice. ��

Successful applicants will be responsible for patient care and oversight of dental students. Applicants will need to demonstrate effective communication and mentoring skills for students in preclinical and clinical instruction. The applicants will be joining a department committed to a high-quality educational program with a progressive undergraduate curriculum in diagnostic sciences, oral medicine, restorative dentistry, and practice management. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must possess a DMD, DDS, or equivalent degree
• Be eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky

Preferred Qualifications

Prior clinical experience and/or experience in dental education is preferred.�
