Abacus Security is looking for candidates to assume the role of Assistant Site Manager in the Aberdeen Maryland area. The selected candidate(s) will have the responsibility of overseeing a team of officers at different sites within his/her assigned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee proper use, and maintenance of all equipment used at the site by assigned officers (keys/key cards, cell phones, radios, wands, etc.).

· Work closely together with the Area Manager to ensure all posts have coverage.

· Conduct inspections of officers to ensure compliance with standards, licenses, and uniforms.

· Review written reports and sign-in sheets to ensure clarity, completeness, accuracy, and legibility.

· Ensure that officers make timely and thorough daily report entries. Audit all entries for completeness, accuracy, and legibility.

· Report any major disciplinary problems or complaints of discrimination, sexual harassment, or unfair labor practices to the Senior Supervisor immediately.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Cover posts as needed.

Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years old.

· High School Diploma or GED

· At least two (2) years of security supervisory experience. Military management background will also be considered.

· Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

· Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel etc)

· Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Pay: $32,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Aberdeen, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
