Jay Hodge Ford of Morrilton is seeking to fill a position for an Assistant Service Advisor. We offer a competitive pay plan, insurance and benefits. Previous experience is preferred but not required, all applicants will be considered.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist customers
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
- Schedule, confirm, and track appointments
- Assist the Service Advisor and Service Manager with daily tasks
- Maintain the highest commitment to customer service standards
- Effectively communicate with Manager, Advisor, and Technicians
- Assist with any administrative and clerical paperwork and documents
- Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
