Northgate Ford is seeking a responsible, organized, dependable Assistant Service Manager. This position will supervise all aspects of the service lane and customer experience. This position will supervise our Service Advisors, Service Appointment Coordinators (Service BDC,) and Service Drive Staff. Applicant will ensure that our processes are followed for optimum efficiency and will handle escalated customer service issues. The Assistant Service Manager is also responsible for reviewing CSI / Customer Promoter Scores, hiring, organizing, and training personnel, including work scheduling and distribution. Applicant must demonstrate positive leadership qualities leading to a productive, efficient, content environment. Schedule is a five-day work week and reports to the Service Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ Years of current / recent experience as a Service Advisor or above
• Good working knowledge of all daily operations of Service Dept.
• Must be adept in CDK system or equivalent
• Good computer skill set and math skills based on recent employment
• High school grad / equivalent
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
