Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Role model and help to lead an elevated experience in your shop that fosters a more personalized, clientele relationship with the perfect blend of style, expertise, & sleep solutions.
- Support execution of action plans to meet sales, KPI, payroll, shop expense, and profitability goals.
- Support local market outreach initiatives to drive new client traffic into your shop.
- Assist in the training and development of the team to ensure efficient & consistent shop operations while minimizing loss and maintaining a safe workplace.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to T&N policies & procedures and all company directives.
Functional/Technical Competencies
- Lead by example with consistent and effective communication to keep employees informed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent planning and prioritization skills.

Experience/Education
- Ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a customer facing retail or related industry environment.
- Ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience retail or service industry leadership experience.
