Assistant Store Leader:

The Assistant Store Leader role is an on-your-feet, fast paced, positive-energy, team building role.

Assistant Store Leader Responsibilities:

- Create positive, fun, meaningful connections with our Guests.

- Communicate well with team members for training and development.

- Help facilitate the achievement of desired outcomes at the location.

- Be a Rock Star Leader.

- Be responsible for all facets of a multi-business operation, Money Center, Fast Food restaurant, and Convenience store.

Assistant Store Leader Qualifications:

- A love of detail. We are especially impressed by people who love multi-tasking while being detail oriented.

- Contribute passionately and must have the ability to self- organize and self-motivate when in a learning environment.

- People Skills are necessary.

- Team Builder.

- Hospitality Driven.

- Optimistic, positive attitude.

- Lead by example in a faced paced retail environment.

Pay: $54,000.00 per year
