Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Store Manager for Tito’s Taqueria in Keene, NH.
The ASM will assist the Store Manager in all daily operations of the business.
Candidates can expect to assist in the training and development of other team members, facility and inventory management, meeting and maintaining sales goals, labor and budgetary metrics, and ensuring every guest is encouraged by having the best taco experience possible.
The ASM will work with the Store Manager to prepare for the next step in their career.
The candidate is expected to be on foot and moving most of the time during the shift, except for when in meetings, at the computer in the office working, or when otherwise deemed necessary.
When all tasks assigned are completed, the ASM will target new tasks and help all staff members achieve them.
The three main job requirements are:
1. Achieving specific financial KPI’s
2. Hiring & Developing staff daily
3. Maintaining operational excellence within your store
Among other things, you will be solely responsible for the following:
● Serving customers on a daily basis
● Food preparation and store cleanliness
● Maintaining a positive and professional attitude
You must know and be proficient in:
● Google Drive
● Training & Coaching
● Effective Communication
Who we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate for this job has the following experience
- 1-3 years supervisory experience
- 1-3 years in a people-oriented hospitality role
- Will have working knowledge of how to use a computer, google drive and excel
- 45+ hours of availability/weekly
- Have a Positive Mental Attitude

This is a salaried position, with the expectation that you will be working 45+ hours per week.
Job Type: Salary
Pay: $41,600 - $55,000+
Benefits: 401k, PTO, Bonus, Profit Share, Sundays always off (Healthcare option pending)
PTO : 2-3 weeks
Supplemental Pay : Quarterly Profit Share, Holiday Bonus, 401K
Work Location: Keene, NH - (The training for this position will be in Greenfield, MA. & Brattleboro, VT)
*If hired, you will automatically be entered into the Store Manager Development Program. If successfully completed, you will be eligible for a Store Manager promotion.
