The Goddard School in Buford is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers for full time position.

Assistant Teacher Qualifications:

· High School Diploma/GED certified

· Implement lesson plans

· Prior classroom experience preferred not required

· Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

· Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

An Assistant Teacher / Floater at The Goddard School is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment; Advance children’s physical and intellectual competence; Supports each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance; Establishes positive and effective family relations; Ensures an effective program; Responsive to children’s needs; Maintains professional commitment. Additionally, Assistant Teachers / Floaters are responsible for working together with the entire faculty in implementing their lesson plans.
