The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach is responsible for all phases of developing and maintaining a successful Women's Soccer Program at the college through their support of the Head Women's Soccer Coach. This is a part-time seasonal position. *This position coaches the Gloucester Campus Roadrunners*

Recruitment of potential student-athletesPractice preparationIn and out-of season trainingGame/match day managementRetention of quality student-athletesEnsure the success and safety of student athletes on and off the fieldMonitors team members' academic progress and performance and makes referrals to the appropriate College departments to enhance student's academic success.Safe transportation of team members to and from away contestsAdherence to all NJCAA, Region 19, RCGC and Athletic Department rules and regulationsAssist the Head Coach with fundraising and development of alumni and community relationsAbility to be a team player within the Athletics Department and the CollegeOther duties as assigned by the Head Coach and Executive Director of Athletics
