We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! A Certified Med Tech (CMT) is welcomed in addition to the CNA but not required. You will be responsible for assisting our elderly residents at Springwell. We have one and one part-time opening in our Assisted Living community for the 3 to 11 shift. Springwell Senior Living Community is a provider of full-service Independent Living, Traditional Assisted Living, and Memory Care Assisted Living located on a beautiful 15 acre campus in historic Mount Washington, close to the Baltimore City/County line. We currently offer 102 Independent Living residences, 101 Assisted Living and 37 Memory Care residences.

Responsibilities:

· Administer nursing care to residents

· Assist with activities of daily living

· Administer medications on occasion (if a Certified Med Tech)

· Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

· Maintain accurate patient medical records

· Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields

· Familiarity with medical software and equipment

· Ability to build rapport with patients

· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment'

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our nursing team & residents safe we are providing PPE as well as doing daily pre-shift screening, including temperature checks. Unvaccinated staff must be tested weekly.
