Position Summary: The CoreSphere finance team is seeking an Associate Accountant to be an integral member of the team. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter that can perform well independently, interact with staff professionally, and collaborate with diverse internal and external teams. We are looking to hire an aspiring professional in the finance arena who is willing to learn. The position will work for the Finance/HR Manager and be responsible for assisting with accounting, finance, and some office related functions. This position is a hybrid between on-site and remote. Schedule will be discussed in the interview process.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Process monthly Accounts Payable
• Assist w/Semi-Monthly payroll through ADP WorkforceNow
• Assist w/Office Management as assigned
• Assist w/Admin duties for project management

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree
• 2+ years of accounting related experience
• Microsoft Office productivity tools to include Excel
