Job description

The Boston office of Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP is looking for a Paralegal to join our team. We’re a collection of smart, dedicated, and creative lawyers and staff working on some of the most high quality, cutting edge pharmaceutical litigation in the country. For example, we’re suing HIV drug manufacturers for illegally thwarting competition for major HIV treatments and in the spring of 2022, we’re going to trial against Ranbaxy, arguing they deceived the FDA into granting drug approvals and locking in statutory exclusivities they weren’t entitled to, at the expense of purchasers. This fall, we received preliminary approval for one of the largest settlements in a direct purchaser pharmaceutical antitrust case ever, mere weeks before trial. We don’t always win but we don’t give up.

We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, take pride in originating, aggressively working, and trying cases, and genuinely like each other. Some of us have never (by choice!) had another legal job anywhere else.
