About the Job:


Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Associate Brand Manager (ABM) or Senior Associate Brand Manager (Sr. ABM), Creamers Innovation will work closely with the Brand Manager and Director to drive growth on Danone’s creamers portfolio which includes brands like International Delight, Silk and So Delicious. The Creamers Innovation team is part of a fast-growing business that has significant innovation potential and a long runway for growth. This position can be based in either the White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO areas.


The Creamers Innovation ABM/Sr. ABM will help to develop total enterprise strategies and the multi-year platform innovation that stems from it. The ABM/Sr. ABM will discover trends and market opportunities and socialize these within the organization, lead strategy development and the entire go-to-market process for a variety of high-level projects.


You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying key trends and analyzing opportunities to inform innovation pipeline.
  • Developing strong stories to sell in product ideas both internally and externally.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to develop and execute multiple projects in parallel
  • Leading platform innovation projects across plant-based and traditional creamers.
  • Building effective relationships with key internal and external partners.
  • Developing opportunities to explore innovation trends in the real world.
  • Manage budget for creamers innovation team in close collaboration with finance and team
About you

About You:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (MBA preferred) in marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years brand management experience, background in CPG is a plus.
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to switch between big picture and day-to-day to drive complex projects forward to completion without losing sight of the overall goals
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written and executive presence to clearly communicate objectives, gain alignment and present their initiatives up and down the organization
  • Self-starter
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and influencing abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated knowledge of consumer research and analysis
  • Experience with key reporting tools (IRI, etc)
  • Experience working with data to make informed decisions
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

The base compensation range for this position is $105K to $115K commensurate with experience.
