Flight itinerary
This [Associate General Counsel] (AGC) position is our first internal hire to begin forming our Legal Department. While we expect to eventually fill the General Counsel role at a more senior level, the AGC will start up the department, determining most immediate needs to support the all-important customer contracting activities in partnership with Sales, to evaluate and address basic corporate “good housekeeping” requirements globally, assess initial internal additional hiring and be a resource to all functions in providing legal advice, whether internal-provided or externally sourced.
FLYR Labs currently has existing company-run offices in 3 US locations (Santa Monica, San Francisco, and Dallas) as well as in Amsterdam and Krakow, Poland. In addition, through recent acquisitions, we also have offices in Spain, Colombia, UK, Turkey, and Germany. The AGC will need to coordinate the local needs for ex-US legal support.
The AGC will report directly to the COO/CFO initially. As we eventually identify and hire a General Counsel, the AGC will transition to reporting to that executive.
