Pinkerton Academy seeks an Associate Head of School. This position requires an energetic, approachable, team leader interested in leading the day-to-day administration. This position emphasizes problem-solving skills to support student success, service-related people skills, organizational skills to balance the demand of multi-tasking, and verbal and written communication skills. The Associate Head of School is a full-time, year-round position commencing July 2023.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in School Administration or Master’s Degree with State of New Hampshire Certification as Principal; will have a minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience and three (3) years of school administration experience in a leadership role. This position requires the ability to establish and maintain good student and parent relations; professional interest in keeping abreast of developments in curriculum, extra-curricular education, health education, and security.
