About the Role:

The Associate Manager, Retail Education is responsible for leading day-to-day contact and execution of key Retailers Education needs while driving brand awareness and growth. Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Retail Education, this role will involve strategic planning of new launches, partnering on sales and marketing initiatives and creating education levers with cross-functional teams, closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize results.

  • Independently manage several Retailer relationships and be the direct brand contact for day-to-day education needs
  • Oversee all aspects of support, including managing Retail calendars, scheduling new product launches, managing training material planning and gratis orders and mailing delivery deadlines
  • Maintain strong relationships and work closely with accounts to drive growth via training and education
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop/implement sampling plans, training levers and Retailer targeted needs to grow business
  • Liaise with Sr. Manager, Retail Education and cross-functional departments to ensure optimal management of all clients and clear communications
  • Create custom presentations and training materials as needed
  • Facilitate trainings with specialty retailers and support Sr. Manager as needed
  • Assist in identifying education opportunities with all clients
  • Scheduling and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings both internally and externally
  • Manage additional projects, deliverables and timelines as needed

About You:

  • Strong presentation skills
  • A self-starter with strong organization skills
  • Experience in Retail required 3-5 years
  • Experience in Haircare a plus
  • Proficient user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Collaborative approach to projects
