We are seeking a Junior Packaging Designer to support the team in all phases of the packaging design. S/he will guide the design process from beginning to end. The Packaging Designer must have a firm understanding of budgetary and timeline restraints while maintaining brand standards.

- Conceptualize, design, and execute a prototype for attention-grabbing packaging materials
- Use design elements such as shape, color, graphics, and typography to create packaging that is functional and appealing to customers.
- Visualize and create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly motivated and self-starter
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong detail-oriented, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must think outside the box on what type of packaging materials can be used and how to bring a cohesive look and feel to product lines.
