The UW-River Falls Athletics Department maintains a pool of qualified candidates from which part-time temporary staff may be hired. Successful applicants become members of a pool eligible to be hired based upon the needs of the department, funding, and availability of the applicant.
The Athletic Program at UW-River Falls is continually accepting applications for part-time temporary assistant coaches in the following sports/areas:
Assistant Coaches assist Head Coach or Trainer with team practices, games, recruitment, and other administrative functions as needed on a temporary basis.
Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coaches assist with supervision and execution of strength training programs, teach student athletes proper technique and equipment use, and attend to the daily maintenance of the training facilities.
Assistant Coaches must have experience competing and/or coaching at the high school or collegiate level.
Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coaches should have a bachelors degree and a certification from one of the following:NSCA, CSCS,CSCCA, SCCC, or USAW

Upon hire, official transcripts of all conferred degrees must be submitted to Human Resources.
