ATLAS PROJECT FFT (Functional Family Therapy) PROGRAM MANAGER
Job description
Evidence-Based Associates (EBA) is seeking a Program Manager for the evidence-based therapy model Functional Family Therapy (FFT). The Program Manager will oversee implementation of both Standard FFT and an adaptation, FFT for Adults (FFT-A), within the NYC ATLAS Project. The program manager will oversee implementation of these two evidence-based models within a larger criminal justice reform project in New York City. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the launching and sustainability of FFT and FFT-A, developing timelines, assessing organization and system readiness, supporting identified provider agencies in the implementation of these two therapy models, coordinating trainings, and developing referral protocols.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate planning meetings with provider agencies using Trello
- Develop and maintain implementation timelines.
- Develop referral protocols.
- Coordinate all relevant trainings including therapy model training and PEERS.
- Assist UWNYC (Justice and Opportunity and Transformational Learning units) with the coordination of relevant EBP training.
- Assist in supporting the provider agencies with recruiting and hiring strategies to attract qualified FFT and FFT-A staff.
- Assisting in the tracking of hiring and retention metrics of FFT and FFT-A staff.
Work experience and skills required:
- 3 years minimum of experience in direct service or administrative capacity with programs and policies for young adults and families.
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapy models.
- Demonstrable experience in obtaining buy-in of various stakeholder groups and facilitating collaborative initiatives.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to shift quickly in a busy environment.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills (phone & in person) and the interpersonal, cultural competence to work effectively with a variety of CBOs, state policy staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to meet deadlines and to maintain flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Openness to feedback and data-driven accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to take independent action, foster an outcome-oriented approach, and support a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement.

Education requirements: *
- Bachelor’s Degree in social science/clinical discipline or policy/public required; Master’s preferred.
