Is seeking a Customer Service Representative
Come work in our fast-paced, busy office helping customers navigate through the collision repair process. Your days will fly by and you’ll have fun working with our dynamic team.
Must be organized, personable, and detail oriented.
Automotive body shop / collision center / insurance experience helpful, but not required.

Familiarity with CCC-1 software, the insurance process, RO’s, rental reservations, walk-arounds experience, comfortable on the phone, text or email, communicating/updating customers on the status of their jobs, following up with insurance companies for payments or estimates are strong pluses.

This is a full time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week position.

Wagner Certified Collision Center is the premier collision repair center in Central Massachusetts. We are certified to repair vehicles from high-line brands like Tesla, Inc., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi, as well as other top foreign and domestic brands like General Motors, Ford, Dodge, Kia, Hyundai and Nissan. We have recently spent over $500,000 in facility and equipment upgrades.
