To qualify applicants need the following:
- Proven experience working with customers in a fast paced environment both in person and on the phone
- Can do attitude and with willingness to learn
- Strong sales skills with proven history, ability to convert phone calls into appointments and walk in customers
- Automotive knowledge and experience with writing estimates
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive environment for both customers and employees
- Personable with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
- Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply
