Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
- Guide customers on auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on costs and options for auto repairs, maintenance, recall work, offer additional services and 'specials', and schedule appointments for service work
- Greet customers and answer questions
- Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
- Keep customers informed of any changes
- Review completed work order with customer to ensure concerns were addressed
- Provide a completely satisfying customer experience
Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
- Automotive Service Advisor or Dealership experience is required
- Basic automotive operational knowledge is required
- General Motors and CDK experience is preferred but not required
- Good computer, communications and customer service skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment screening
