JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a AutoCAD Operator / Support in Auburn Hills MI. Our client is an Automation facility. The AutoCAD Operator /Support is responsible for utilizing the software to create technical drawings and designs.

Responsibilities of a AutoCAD Operator / Support includes:

• Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• Updating software, drawings, and other documents.
• Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
• Communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects.
• Designing 2D Layouts
• Installation and Cable trays drawings

Job Requirements of a AutoCAD Operator/Support:

• At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Additional courses in CAD software
• Practical experience with CAD software
• Knowledge of engineering and automation.
• Open to a contract role of 4-6 months
• Ability to work well with Design Engineers

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

• Associate's degree in drafting or similar.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
