Internet BDC Representative

This is a unique opportunity. Very busy dealership looking to add a self motivated BDC SALES representative.

Responsibilities:

• Able to work well with Managers when responding to internet, telephone, and 'live chat' requests for information about vehicle pricing and availability to purchase.
• Identify customer's needs, answer questions in a professional, pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability.
• Schedule several appointments/day for customers to meet with our dealership's sales team.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to schedule an appointment.

Qualifications:

• Auto BDC experience is required.
• Knowledge in Tekion CRM or any Automotive CRM is a plus
• Great customer service and communication skills
• A positive, upbeat attitude and motivated to excel in your career
• Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• The ability to multi-task, follow direction, and be open to change
• A good work ethic and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
