Job description
Neil Huffman Auto Group is currently looking for an experienced Billing Clerk for our corporate office. This would be a full time position working Monday through Friday.
Starting pay will be determined by experience and ability.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Bill out and post all retail (new and used) as well as wholesales and dealer trades
- Keep log of monthly new and used retail
- Keep log of salesman monthly commission sheets up to date and accurate
- Stock in new and used vehicles (including auction purchases)
- Review and correct used car inventory schedules
- Complete and distribute weekly heat sheet (funding delays, down payment issues, etc.) for your primary stores Finance Managers and Shane Huffman
Qualifications:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
