Modern Auto Body is looking to add a customer centric estimator to our team. We are an Auto Body shop located in Brooklyn Park, we also have been serving the northwest suburbs since 1962. Modern is a fast-paced working environment that is looking for someone who is proactive, has good time management, an eye for detail, ability to adapt easily, and can multi-task. Our shop receives many new opportunities daily and would like someone who is looking to work with a small family-oriented body shop with a high volume of jobs. Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous estimating experience
- Working estimate knowledge, including ability to use CCC
- Have a personable, friendly demeanor
- Willing to cooperate and work with a team
Responsibilities
- Estimate drive-in appointments as well as “walk in” customers and complete repair plans
- Plan and Schedule estimate appointments and car drop offs
- Communicate with customers on vehicle updates
- Order and return parts using CCC
- Entering Invoices into CCC
- Prepare and complete proper paperwork for final customer
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Check In/Out vehicles upon drop off/pickup with customer
- Maintain organized files
