Job Responsibilities

• Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management.
• People oriented with customers and employees.
• Generating high volume/gross.
• Excellent CSI history.
• Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
• Work with departments to achieve specific goals and objectives.
• Create a positive culture for the team and create a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
