Responsibilities – Service Technician:

• Ability to diagnosis and repair of vehicles, including electrical
• Assure your work is performed in a meticulous manor for discerning luxury clients
• Maintain certifications and training for compliance and changing environment
• Assure repairs are completed correctly on the first visit.
• Receiving and carrying-out Repair Orders as dispatched.
• Performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
• Providing labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
• Performing high quality and efficient repair services for various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical and air conditioning in accordance with Lincoln and other OEM standards.
• Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services.
• Maintaining organized, clean workspace at all times
• Communicating directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Employees.

Qualifications/Requirements – Service Technician

• Lincoln/Ford Dealership Automotive Service Experience Preferred, not required
• Valid Driver’s License
• New York State Inspectors License
• Ability to arrive to work consistently and on time.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and consistently.
• Ability to communicate to clients and fellow employees in a clear manner.
• Ability to be warm and welcoming to clients and fellow employees.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
