Compensation commensurate with automotive technical experience, training, and employment history.
Your most important responsibility is commitment to our customers. The right candidate works well independently and as key contributor on the team. Flat-Rate technicians are required to be organized, and focused. Dealership experience is a plus. clean driving record, drug and background check is mandatory prior to employment.

Applicants must meet prerequisites for employment consideration
Successful completion of Automotive Technician Training Program
2+ Year employment history as an Automotive Technician
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform thorough inspections of customer vehicles and vehicles in dealer inventory
Identify necessary repairs and maintenance
Effectively communicate with Service Advisors to provide quotes for recommended work
Perform repairs and maintenance
Document performed services
Perform services efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines
Obtain necessary parts quotes
Maintain an organized, clean, safe work area
Successfully complete all required training on time
Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
Follow safeguards rules and regulations
Demonstrate the Company’s Core Values
Comply with Company policies and procedures
Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
