EKC Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an AV Project Manager to join our team! We are a low voltage integration company Headquartered in Fresno, CA. EKC Enterprises, Inc. is a people first company that believes in investing in our employees and creating a collaborative and engaging culture.
This position is responsible for the planning, initiation, and managing of projects. The Project Manager will oversee all project stages and monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Manage the project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables
- Initiate, review, and approve modifications to project plans
- Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel
- Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback
- Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources
- Review contract drawings and bill of materials to ensure items ordered are accurate
- Offer field support to project leads in the event of an RFI or discrepancy with contract drawings
- Perform on site visits to assure EKC standards are being met during and after installation
- Follow up with fire alarm technicians to ensure the site audits have been conducted
- Review all EOD’s (End of Days) from A/V field staff
- Visit jobsite after job is completed to ensure completion and check quality of work
- Schedule follow-up project site visits with the General Contractors
- Repair warranty issues that arise after job is closed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- AV experience required
- High school diploma required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
