Family loves nature and seeks an amazing, intuitive and active nanny for their children. Nanny should be comfortable with occasional care and travel with the family. The family loves to go on hikes and spend time outdoors so a nanny that is logical, plans well, makes informed decisions, and enjoys keeping children safe while active will thrive in this role. This position is a long-term role (think 3+ years). This is the perfect role for a nanny who loves small-town life and enjoys being creative and active. This easy-going family seeks a nanny that has infant care experience, can manage multiple children and loves spending time with preschoolers. This role includes full-scope childcare, household management, children’s laundry, scheduling appointments, etc.

This is a full-time and long-term position. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 7a-3p. CPR and First Aid certifications are required. The family seeks a nanny with 4+ years of experience. The pay is $17-$21/hour. Benefits include 90 hours of PTO in a calendar year, vehicle maintenance stipend, and paid holidays. This position is needed ASAP.

Our Non-Negotiables:

• At least 2 years of paid & professional (non-familial) childcare experience
• At least 3 professional references and 2 character references
• A High School Diploma
• Valid transportation and insured vehicle
• Non-Smoker
• Able to commit to at least 1 year of employment
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or a willingness to obtain it prior to hire)
• The desire to continually learn and grow
• Someone who communicates well
• Emotional intelligence
• A high degree of professional aptitude in the workplace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
