Position Summary: To provide excellent customer service and assist with daily operations of the background screening department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Verify DOT & FMCSA Safety Performance History Verify DOT History Verify Education requests Verify Employment requests Verify E-Verify (I9 Validations) status Verify Personal References Verify Professional Licenses Verify TWIC Card Verify VISA status Other task and responsibilities as needed Other duties to include assisting other Background teams as needed (10% or less) Qualifications required: High School diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of client service experience Intermediate skill level in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common software Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal, phone and communication skills Must have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, principles, and processes for providing customer service. Current FCRA Certification (or the ability to obtain after hire) Ability to work with minimal supervision after trained Work Schedule - Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
