Cinnaholic Oberlin Raleigh, a vegan bakery, is seeking an experienced Bakery Store Manager. Must have prior supervisory or management experience in a food service environment. Candidate will be required to learn all front and back-of-house operations and be able to proficiently carry out all store functions. The position will supervise a small team of employees and will report to the store owner.

Management Duties:

- Complete regular inventory list and make sure we are always fully stocked with product by notifying owner of what orders need to be placed.
- Supervise/ delegate station and shift tasks amongst employees schedule employees using the Homebase app and make sure all shifts are covered to run the store while keeping payroll costs minimal.
- Oversee training initiatives of store associates to meet company policies and standards.
- Engage with Customers as an ambassador of management to promote high service scores and return customers
- Manage daily cash drawer contents & reports
- Supervise overall shop maintenance
- Work with the owner to repair and replace necessary items and equipment as needed.
- Work with the owner to repair and address any structural or building needs
- Manage overall quality control (product, customer experience, shop aesthetic)
- Work with the owner to conduct employee reviews and manage ongoing reward system (raises, bonuses, holiday parties, employee incentives)
- Maintain active communication with owner.
- Work with the owner to handle staff issues.
- Manage staff callouts.
- Make sure all employees are following ServSafe and Health Department protocol

The management duties listed above are not limited to the above. Management works very closely with the owner to manage all aspects of the store and ensure quality, safety, outstanding customer experience and customer service and employee relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
