About the Role
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Barista to support our wait staff with coffees, iced and hot drinks, smoothies, and drink prep. Ultimately, you will ensure our daily FOH operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffees, teas, smoothie and variety of hot and iced drinks
- Maintain Clean working environment
- Prep custom syrups and iced drinks in the morning
- Greet and engage with customers when they reach the counter
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
Skills
- Work experience as a Barista - latte art is preferred and experience making art with drinks is always a preference!
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus
