Founded in 2016, Infuse brings its industry-leading expertise to expertly craft hospitality solutions for all.

The Concept: A locally sourced, expertly crafted espresso and coffee bar in the brand new ōLiv student housing. The cafe will be open to both residents and outside guests. Offerings will include the local Toomers coffee, pastries and ready-made snacks and sandwiches.

All Members of the Infuse Hospitality Team are expected to:

• Serve our guests, team, and vendor partners with passion and care

• Create hospitality experiences that inspire our guests to keep coming back

• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are never compromised

• Following all operational policies & procedures including those in the Infuse Team Handbook

As Barista, you are responsible for contributing to successful shifts by knowledgeably executing our specialty beverage menu, creating awesome guest experiences, and growing sales while maximizing profit. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Dialing in coffee to the best tasting parameters (and tasting those parameters daily)

• Making menu items according to recipe and quality standards/

• Memorizing menu items and recipes

• Competing opening/closing and mid-shift checklist tasks and side work

• Identify customer needs and make recommendation for new products

• Delivering excellent guest service with a professional demeanor

Qualifications and Expectations:

• 2+ years of coffee experience

• Ability to have effortless conversations, comfort interacting with people

• Strong desire to exceed customer expectations

• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds

• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time

• Consistently works to improve and grow

• Understands how to keep refrigeration equipment and storage clean and organized

• Possesses working knowledge of specialty coffee and demonstrates desire to grow

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
