DESCRIPTION

Now hiring for immediate part-time baristas and kitchen staff to join our team! We are currently looking for outgoing, friendly people who are as passionate about coffee as we are! These positions will be approximately 20-25 hours per week.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver excellent customer service with a customer-comes-first attitude to connect with the customer.
• Provide consistent quality beverages and food products for all customers by adhering to all Dunn Brothers recipes and standards.
• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for every guest and employee.
• Manage cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures.

PEOPLE:

• We are only open Monday thru Friday, shifts start as early as 6am and we close at 3pm, we are closed all major holidays!
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Ability to be resilient under pressure.

ENVIRONMENT:

• Ensure checklists, side jobs, and cleaning projects are completed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Guest Services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Food Service: 1 year (Preferred)
